Main responsibilities:
- Monitor the daily performance and cost of outsourced contact center operations, ensuring alignment with service agreements.
- Act as the primary contact and escalation point for external service partners on operational, process, system, and financial matters.
- Drive the implementation of new services or process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Oversee key performance indicators, validate invoices, and manage cost control activities, including credit tracking.
- Collaborate with internal departments and global teams to support projects and optimize service delivery processes.
Required skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a contact center, service delivery, or outsourcing operations environment.
- Higher education, preferably in business or a related field.
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken) is required.
- Experience in vendor coordination, purchasing, or shared service environments is an advantage.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, LEAN) is a plus.
