Main responsibilities:

  • Support the entire People Operations process, from onboarding through the employee lifecycle to offboarding.
  • Ensure that employees, processes, structures, and systems operate efficiently and accurately to achieve key objectives.
  • Provide professional and timely guidance on employee queries, ensuring an exceptional employee experience.
  • Address operational challenges, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions for a smooth workflow.
  • Stay up to date with internal changes and industry best practices, sharing insights with colleagues to drive continuous improvement.

Required skills:

  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Advantages:

  • Experience with Workday or other ticketing systems is an advantage.
  • Additional language skills (e.g., German, Polish, Swedish, Romanian, Spanish, Hungarian, or Russian) are a plus.
