Main responsibilities:
- Finalize and present supply commitments in planning meetings.
- Propose and coordinate actions to improve supply and demand alignment, including shipment adjustments and product conversions.
- Communicate supply constraints and work with internal teams to manage operational challenges.
- Provide supply chain risk inputs for revenue forecasting and report on volume updates.
- Build and communicate forecasts for inbound shipments and direct deliveries.
- Monitor and analyze backorders, implement corrective actions, and manage exceptions.
- Collaborate on inventory management to meet targets and reduce slow-moving stock.
Required skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Supply Chain Planning.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead and coordinate effectively across teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
