We are looking for an FP&A Senior Analyst to join our client's team and play a key role in the transition and improvement of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes. You will provide critical insights, prepare financial reports, and collaborate across departments to influence and drive strategic business decisions. Main responsibilities:
- Lead forecasting and budgeting processes for business segments.
- Establish a process for analyzing deviations between budget, forecast, and actuals.
- Review and interpret actual financial results, identifying areas for improvement.
- Build and document a knowledge base on Balance Sheet accounting and movements.
- Support ad-hoc financial projects across the business.
- Manage the corporate cost center forecasting and reporting cycles.
- Lead headcount forecasting and reporting for the EME region.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis support to central FP&A Managers.
- Identify and communicate key performance drivers to support decision-making.
Required skills:
- Degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in FP&A.
- Strong understanding of financial and management accounting.
- Familiarity with large multi-site, multi-region organizations, and working within a matrix structure.
- Strong skills in Excel.
- Advanced knowledge of OneStream, SAP, or other ERP systems is required.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
