We are seeking a results-driven Cost Controller with hands-on experience in SAP and financial analysis to manage cost control, inventory reporting, and budgeting processes within a global environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Generate inventory reports and conduct variance analysis in SAP.
- Prepare month-end reports for management review.
- Maintain and update cost data, reporting variances.
- Provide financial analysis and support to operations.
- Address discrepancies, raise debit notes, and handle obsolete inventory.
- Reconcile physical and SAP inventory, investigate discrepancies.
- Analyze and report on cost discrepancies, allowances, and freight.
- Post elimination entries in the Finance Consolidation System.
Required skills:
- Proven experience in SAP financial and inventory management.
- Strong background in cost accounting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with SOX compliance and audit procedures in SAP environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, especially in addressing inventory discrepancies and financial variances.
- Fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a great advantage
