The Customer and Partner Service Manager is responsible for identifying, planning, and implementing projects related to operations, particularly in the area of goods and services delivery. This is a new role reporting to the Director of Operations, it ensures the establishment of efficient operational processes, optimizes resource utilization, and supports overall operational excellence. You will manage a team of 3 people, which needs to be recruited.

Main responsibilities:

  1. Operational Process Management
    • Develop and oversee effective operational processes.
    • Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve processes to ensure efficiency.
  2. Project Management
    • Lead and manage various projects in collaboration with different departments to support operations.
  3. Supplier and Tender Management
    • Oversee tenders for suppliers of materials and services, including utilities.
    • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services across the fuel station network.
    • Maintain relationships with suppliers and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
  4. Budget and Cost Control
    • Manage the operational budget and track consumption of tools, products, and services.
    • Identify opportunities to minimize costs and enhance operational efficiency.
    • Implement tools to control operational performance and resource utilization.
  5. Control and Compliance
    • Establish and manage control processes to monitor the consumption of goods and services.
    • Work closely with partners to achieve efficiency and compliance goals.
  6. International Collaboration
    • Cooperate with teams across different countries to align on procurement strategies and customer satisfaction programs.
  7. Best Practices Implementation
    • Develop and implement best practices based on group standards to ensure operational excellence.

Required skills:

  • Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or above)
  • Experience in a similar role 
  • People management experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Fluency in English
