Main responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support account, contact, and activity management in D365 while ensuring data integrity and accurate sales opportunities tracking.
  • Plan and deliver both initial and ongoing training sessions for sales teams, developing country-specific training documentation.
  • Manage and support the quote generation process, oversee sales territory and coverage management, and provide proactive communication on system updates.
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshoot system issues, diagnose bugs, and escalate as necessary while offering structured feedback to sales process teams.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards with strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements.
  • Work in a multicultural environment, leveraging strong communication skills to engage stakeholders at different levels while effectively managing multiple tasks.

Required skills:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field with experience in sales support, IT, finance, or sales roles.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft D365 or Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus, along with experience in change management and process optimization initiatives.
  • Ability to diagnose system issues, propose effective solutions, and assist users with creating support tickets and resolving system-related challenges.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, critical thinking, and the ability to analyze business requirements to generate actionable reports.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German, with the ability to work across different departments and external stakeholders.
