We are looking for a Danish-Speaking Contract & Billing Specialist language for a brand-new American SSC in the heart of Budapest. The role involves managing all aspects of invoicing, customer data maintenance, and contract administration. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Invoice Processing: Generating invoices and managing invoicing systems.
  • Customer Data Management: Maintaining accurate billing information.
  • Issue resolution: Handling customer billing inquiries and complaints.
  • Record Keeping: Ensuring organized and up-to-date invoicing records.
  • Reporting: Preparing regular billing activity reports.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying and recommending invoicing process improvements.
  • Financial Close Support: Assisting with month-end and year-end closings.
  • Contract Administration: Overseeing contract management and compliance.

Required skills:

  • University degree
  • 0,5–2 years of experience in contract management, invoicing, or a related administrative role, but fresh grads are also welcome
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in English and at least intermediate language skills in Danish
  • Adaptability
  • Customer-focused mindset
