We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented professional to join the HR Solution Center Europe. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team, driving process improvements and ensuring high-quality HR support for employees and managers across the DACH region. Main responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR service standards, processes, and policies to enhance the employee experience.
  • Contribute to HR projects and actively participate in the continuous improvement of HR structures and processes.
  • Identify and implement improvements in HR service delivery within your area of responsibility.
  • Maintain and update process documentation, ensuring clear communication of changes to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Promote standardization, harmonization, and best practice sharing across HR SCE.

Required skills:

  • Degree in business administration or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR administration or a similar customer service-oriented role.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail, quality focus, and strong customer orientation.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international environment with a global mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. 
  • Fluency in English and German.

Advantages:
