Main responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 10-15 Senior Accountants, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Plan and oversee workload distribution
- Foster collaboration, motivate your team and lead change management.
- Coach, mentor, and support team development.
- Handle closing activities.
- Ensure compliance, and build stakeholder relationships.
Required skills:
- 5+ years of experience in P2P
- At least 1 year of people management experience
- Fluency in English and German
