We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join our client's finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, along with experience managing financial operations. This role focuses on overseeing the financial planning process, analyzing key data, and providing strategic insights. Additionally, the Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for streamlining financial operations, optimizing reporting processes, and driving efficiencies to enhance decision-making
Main responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Coordinate the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures.
Required skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in financial planning/controlling.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Advanced knowledge of financial software and tools.
