Main responsibilities:
- Technical and Commercial Support: Assist customers with tailored solutions, address complex inquiries, and troubleshoot technical challenges.
- Technical Training: Organize and deliver technical training for service partners, including developing training materials and improving partner proficiency.
- Pre-Sales and After-Sales Assistance: Provide expert support throughout the customer journey, from technical advice to on-site assistance.
- Product Presentations and Seminars: Collaborate on presentations and participate in industry events to showcase products and strengthen the company’s market presence.
- Technical Documentation: Develop and proofread technical materials such as product specifications and installation guides to support customers and partners.
- Troubleshooting: Act as the go-to contact for resolving technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Provide feedback from customer interactions to support product quality improvements.
- CRM and Reporting: Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system and report activities to the Regional Manager.
Required skills:
- Understanding of building construction and engineering systems (HVAC knowledge preferred)
- Strong ability to explain technical concepts and build customer relationships
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential
- Availability to travel for customer visits and industry events (valid driver’s license required)
- Problem-Solving Mindset
