Main responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end supply chain operations across the region, ensuring optimal partner and customer experience
- Act as the primary point of contact for regional stakeholders, handling escalations and ensuring effective communication
- Conduct daily operational meetings, monitor action plans, and manage emergency shipment decisions
- Propose and implement cost-effective, efficiency-driven supply chain solutions
- Ensure alignment with KPIs and deliver agreed revenue targets
- Drive process improvements and lead regional projects as required
- Translate regional sales office needs into actionable supply chain processes
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration
- At least 5 years of experience in customer relationship or supply chain management in an international setting
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Advanced English proficiency
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and resilient under pressure
Advantages:
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Additional European language skills are advantageous
- Team leadership experience and familiarity with Order to Cash processes preferred
