Main responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end supply chain operations across the region, ensuring optimal partner and customer experience
  • Act as the primary point of contact for regional stakeholders, handling escalations and ensuring effective communication
  • Conduct daily operational meetings, monitor action plans, and manage emergency shipment decisions
  • Propose and implement cost-effective, efficiency-driven supply chain solutions
  • Ensure alignment with KPIs and deliver agreed revenue targets
  • Drive process improvements and lead regional projects as required
  • Translate regional sales office needs into actionable supply chain processes

Required skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer relationship or supply chain management in an international setting
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and resilient under pressure

Advantages:

  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Additional European language skills are advantageous
  • Team leadership experience and familiarity with Order to Cash processes preferred
