Main responsibilities:
- End-to-end payroll processing for employees, including salaries and benefits.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Collaborating with authorities and internal departments on payroll matters.
- Preparing tax returns and monthly/yearly financial reports.
- Staying updated on legislative changes and implementing them in practice.
Required skills:
- 3+ years of payroll experience.
- Payroll and Social Insurance Administrator certification.
- Proficiency in Nexon system is a must.
- Intermediate English language skills (written and spoken).
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and an up-to-date understanding of labor law regulations.
