We are looking for an experienced French Speaking Cash Collectorto join our multinational client's team and support the transitions processes. In this position you will be responsible for supporting the Order to Cash processes and actively participe in shaping a new SSC in Budapest.
Main responsibilities:
- Assist in the smooth transition of Order to Cash (O2C) processes from European entities
- Develop and implement tailored follow-up strategies for clients within the AR portfolio
- Track and negotiate agreed-upon payment schedules, addressing potential risks of non-payment
- Communicate with the treasury and collection departments
- Preparing process documentation
- Partcipate in process improvement projects
- Handle customer requests
- Validate customer accounts in the database
Required skills:
- University degree
- 2+ years experience in cash collection or customer service
- Advanced language knowledge in French and good in English,
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in SAP and Microsoft Office
