Main responsibilities:

Organizing and facilitating the work of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board. Developing a framework of corporate rules and practices through which management ensures accountability, fairness and transparency within the Company and in its relations with all stakeholders. Facilitate departments in the implementation of the company's policies, keeping regular contact with the Head of Corporate Relationships dept. Organizing all activities and conditions that support company’s operation, facility management (office, stationery, company cars, etc.)

Tasks related to corporate governance:
  • Develop, maintain, and update the corporate governance framework.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings of the Supervisory Board and the Executive Board, including setting the agenda and compiling necessary information materials.
  • Monitor certain business processes to ensure alignment with governance standards.
  • Facilitate the flow of information and provide key updates to managers, members of the Executive Board, and other committees.

Regulatory tasks:
  • Analyze the Company's operating processes and develop proposals for their improvement.
  • Monitor compliance with the Company's regulatory framework.
  • Design and develop the regulatory system and related methodologies.
  • Coordinate and manage the preparation and maintenance of regulations.
  • Provide methodological support for implementing and introducing regulations, ensuring new requirements are documented and integrated into business operations.
  • Analyze training needs related to regulatory developments and prepare training materials.
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure effective implementation of regulations.

ESG-related tasks:
  • Develop, implement, and coordinate the Company's ESG system in line with legal requirements and Capital Group standards.
  • Prepare and submit the annual ESG report.
  • Participate in the selection of partner companies for ESG-related matters.
  • Liaise with ESG partners, authorities, and relevant Capital Group organizations.

Required skills:

Education:
  • Higher vocational education, preferably in Economics or Law.
Work Experience:
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in the field of corporate governance policies.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • General knowledge and experience related to companies’ standards.
  • ERP systems and SAP knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of people, including managers, executives, and external parties.
