On behalf of our partner which is an innovative European FMCG company, we are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Account Specialist colleague to join their professional team!

Main responsibilities:

  • Supporting the sales manager and acts as a point of contact for customers 
  • Preparing forecasts, analyses and following up through reports to customers
  • Preparing reports about turnover, outstanding contracts, stock, contract agreements, invoices
  • Responding to requests from customers about volume, product, logistics
  • Monitoring the order handling based on planning overviews, forwarding data etc., flags up departures

Required skills:

  • Higher education or University degree 
  • Fluency in Dutch and English 
  • 2-4 years’ experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain and in customer relations
  • Confident Excel usage
  • Ability to manage projects on high level with attention for details
