We are looking for an experienced Italian Speaking Cash Application Specialist to join our multinational client's team. In this position you will be responsible for supporting the Order to Cash processes and actively participe in shaping a new SSC in Budapest. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Apply cash remittances and credits/adjustments,
  • Send cash application status / report daily to entity,
  • Validation of interface,
  • Schedule payment run,
  • Maintain payment blocks,
  • Verify payment run (interface),
  • Send payment register/plan for review and approval,
  • Disburse payment,
  • Reconciliation & Reporting,
  • Posting of interest and bank charges,
  • Reconciliation bank clearing account,
  • Reconcile bank accounts with system,
  • Prepare statistics/ special reporting requirements,
  • Prepare cashflow forecast,
  • Manage Intercompany Clearing Process, Netting with entities outside the netting tool,
  • Provide qualitative customer service.

Required skills:

  • University degree OR equivalent experience,
  • 1+ years of experience in AR OR Cash Application field,
  • Good language knowledge both in Italian and English,
  • Excellent communication skills.
