Main responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for customers and commercial teams, ensuring seamless communication and support.
  • Provide exceptional assistance to clients and sales teams in your designated region, driving local success.
  • Handle operational customer complaints efficiently, turning problems into opportunities.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email while supporting the sales team with precision.

Required skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in English AND Italian
  • Experience in a customer-facing role within a fast-paced, corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent telephone manners and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively

Advantages:
