Main responsibilities:

  • Preparing purchase orders and confirming acceptance by the supplier
  • Requesting quotations and comparing their conditions
  • Being in contact with German internal departments 
  • Supporting the procurement team with administrative tasks
  • Checking if the requisitions are correct and complete 

Required skills:

  • University/college degree
  • Experience preferably in a multinational environment ( in the field of customer service or logistics) but fresh grads are welcome as well
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in English and German is a must
  • Precise and accurate attitude
