Main responsibilities:
- Preparing purchase orders and confirming acceptance by the supplier
- Requesting quotations and comparing their conditions
- Being in contact with German internal departments
- Supporting the procurement team with administrative tasks
- Checking if the requisitions are correct and complete
Required skills:
- University/college degree
- Experience preferably in a multinational environment ( in the field of customer service or logistics) but fresh grads are welcome as well
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in English and German is a must
- Precise and accurate attitude
