Main responsibilities:

  • Support sales manager and act as primary customer contact.
  • Collaborate with sales management on forecasts, analysis, and reporting.
  • Prepare reports on turnover, contracts, stock, and invoices.
  • Respond to customer inquiries about volume, product, logistics, and quality.
  • Manage external commercial communication with customers.
  • Provide product and company information to customers.
  • Monitor order handling and flag potential issues.
  • Manage sample and complaint handling, ensuring timely resolution.

Required skills:

  • Experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain
  • Fluent in English and in Swedish language
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle complexity
  • Excel knowledge
