Main responsibilities:

  • Communication with external clients via phone and e-mail
  • Manage client orders and follow up on the outcome
  • Handle documentation necessary for our clients to have a smooth and easy onboarding
  • Supervision of the monthly billing cycle
  • Handling incoming client claims and feedback
  • Register new clients after the Sales Team scores a contract
  • Inform our clients about various updates that they need to be aware of
  • Keep a good relationship with both internal and external clients
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events

Required skills:

  • Close to native in Serbian or Croatian language
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • Computer literacy: MS Office skills
  • Good problem-solving skills

Advantages:

  • Experience in logistics/freight forwarding is an advantage
  • French or Italian language knowledge is an advantage
