We are looking for a Contract Administration & Billing Specialist with Swedish or Danish language for a brand-new American SSC in the heart of Budapest. The role involves managing all aspects of invoicing, customer data maintenance, and contract administration.
Main responsibilities:
- Invoice processing (generating invoices, managing invoicing systems)
- Customer data management
- Serving as the second-level point of contact for escalated customer billing inquiries and complaints
- Analysing and resolving complex billing issues
- Maintaining organized and comprehensive records of invoicing activities
- Preparing and presenting regular reports on billing activities
- Identifying opportunities for streamlining invoicing processes and recommend improvements
- Assisting in month-end and year-end financial close processes
- Contract administration
Required skills:
- University degree
- 0,5–2 years of experience in contract management, invoicing, or a related administrative role
- ERP system knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in English and intermediate language skills in Swedish or Danish
- Adaptability
- Customer-focused mindset
