Main responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level IT support to contracted clients
  • Assist end-users by serving as the primary point of contact for resolving or addressing their IT issues and inquiries
  • Deliver support via email, chat, ITSM tools, or phone
  • Offer assistance to customers in the languages specified in their contracts
  • Ensure or enhance customer satisfaction by consistently addressing the issues presented
  • Utilize and improve processes and procedures documented in the Knowledge Base and other guidelines
  • Continuously monitor and escalate issues as needed, following company processes to ensure high customer satisfaction

Required skills:

  • Good command of English and German both written and verbal
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Effective communication with clients at every level
  • Ability to find creative solutions to problems
  • An interest in the world of IT
  • 24/7 availability
  • to be able to use a computer and the Microsoft Office 365 packages confidently
