Main responsibilities:
- Provide first-level IT support to contracted clients
- Assist end-users by serving as the primary point of contact for resolving or addressing their IT issues and inquiries
- Deliver support via email, chat, ITSM tools, or phone
- Offer assistance to customers in the languages specified in their contracts
- Ensure or enhance customer satisfaction by consistently addressing the issues presented
- Utilize and improve processes and procedures documented in the Knowledge Base and other guidelines
- Continuously monitor and escalate issues as needed, following company processes to ensure high customer satisfaction
Required skills:
- Good command of English and German both written and verbal
- High school degree or equivalent
- Effective communication with clients at every level
- Ability to find creative solutions to problems
- An interest in the world of IT
- 24/7 availability
- to be able to use a computer and the Microsoft Office 365 packages confidently
