Main responsibilities:
- Bank statement posting to GL accounts
- Intercompany accounting
- Inventory & cost accounting
- Fixed asset accounting
- Accrual and provision management
- Prepare and process period-end adjustment journals
- Post payroll journals
- General Ledger Closing activities
- Month-end controls, Prepare documentation for auditor/tax authorities
- Perform financial reporting
- Identify and work on process improvements
Required skills:
- University or college degree in Finance & Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or experience in Finance & Accounting field
- Strong GL knowledge preferably gained in SSC
- Experience in a service-driven, customer-oriented environment (beneficial: SSC experience)
- Fluent English and French
- Expert Excel skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
