Here's your opportunity to be involved in the transition of accounting processes of European entities to Hungary and help actively shape a new SSC in Budapest! 

Main responsibilities:

  • Bank statement posting to GL accounts
  • Intercompany accounting
  • Inventory & cost accounting
  • Fixed asset accounting
  • Accrual and provision management
  • Prepare and process period-end adjustment journals
  • Post payroll journals
  • General Ledger Closing activities
  • Month-end controls, Prepare documentation for auditor/tax authorities
  • Perform financial reporting
  • Identify and work on process improvements

Required skills:

  • University or college degree in Finance & Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or experience in Finance & Accounting field
  • Strong GL knowledge preferably gained in SSC
  •  Experience in a service-driven, customer-oriented environment (beneficial: SSC experience) 
  • Fluent English and French
  • Expert Excel skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills 

Advantages:

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 system is an advantage
