Main responsibilities:
Join our partners Business Transformation team and take a lead on consulting projects for various field eg. post merger integration services, operating model designs, business process analysis, reengineering, customer experience improvement and IT system implementation.

- Perform in-depth process analysis for different client industries
- Develop and collect business requirements specifications tailored to clients' needs
- Develop robust data flow models for systems and processes
- Design, model, and document business processes with utilized industry-standard methods
Required skills:
- Degree in the field of Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in process analysis, business requirements, or data modeling (preferably at a consulting company)
- Experience in IT development projects
- Fluency in English and Hungarian
- Communication & presentation skills
- Advanced user level in MS Office tools
- Proficiency with UML, BPMN, or equivalent modeling methodologies
