As a Sales Operation Planner, you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless product allocation and supporting the companies global success.
Main responsibilities:
- Execute on product allocation validating that sales are following their allocation.
- Track at country level the receiving orders.
- Maintain the allocation files.
- Participate actively into weekly operational meetings (operations with supply chain, sales executives).
- Report to Demand planning manager the status on allocations.
- Understand how to leverage existing tools (Power BI tools).
- Work with different key stakeholders: Demand planning team, Supply chain, Sales managers, Planning operations team.
Required skills:
- Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience, preferably in IT/Supply Chain.
- APICS, business school in material management, supply chain background.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- Strong level of Excel and Power BI knowledge is mandatory.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
