On behalf of our multinational partner, we are looking for a Customer Support Professional to join their dynamic team!

Main responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries in French via email, phone, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues
  • Provide timely and accurate information about products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction
  • Keep track of customer interactions and follow-up on unresolved cases

Required skills:

  • Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken)
  • 1+ year customer services experience in corporate environment 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good MS Office skills and knowledge of SAP
