Main responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries in French via email, phone, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues
- Provide timely and accurate information about products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction
- Keep track of customer interactions and follow-up on unresolved cases
Required skills:
- Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken)
- 1+ year customer services experience in corporate environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good MS Office skills and knowledge of SAP
