In this role, you'll take charge of a diverse range of financial programs and policies across multiple areas, including accounting, audit, treasury, financial analysis, and strategy. You'll have the opportunity to develop, implement, and evaluate impactful programs.
Main responsibilities:
- Decision support and ownership for the responsibility area through value-add analysis and understanding the business reasons for movements
- Responsibility for the daily management of the P&L and B/S area from an accounting, reporting, and controlling perspective
- Prepare variance analysis reports
- Financial planning
- Further harmonization, automation, and simplification of processes
- Provide support to Cost Management
- Ensure proper closing activities are done
- Contribute ideas, energy, enthusiasm, and support to the continuous improvement of the process.
Required skills:
- BA or MSc degree in Finance/Economics
- 3+ years of work experience in accounting/planning/analysis
- Fluent in English, both written and oral
- Strong system skills – SAP / BI
- Advanced MS Office knowledge, ability to work with large datasets
- Outstanding analytical skills, and attention to detail
