Main responsibilities:
  • Addressing IT issues for clients and serving as the initial point of contact for customers (Level 1 IT support) 
  • Managing end-user inquiries through tools, phone, and email 
  • Accurately documenting and administering calls in the ticketing system 
  • Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate Level 2 teams 
  • Keeping users updated and tracking ongoing cases
  • Enhancing and maintaining customer satisfaction levels


Required skills:
  • Proficient in Dutch at an advanced or native level, with upper-intermediate English skills
  • University graduates are welcome, including recent graduates (customer support experience is beneficial, but not mandatory)
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work in shifts
