Quality Analyst - Service desk (German)

Main responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for ensuring excellent customer experience by monitoring and auditing agent quality performance.
  • Monitor and audit the quality of customer interactions of assigned agents, and provide root cause  analysis
  • Provide individual and team feedback and coaching to agents by sharing actionable insights for improvement, and tracking feedback efficacy
  • Participate in internal and external calibration and joint call monitoring sessions with customers and stakeholders
  • Identify improvement areas for adherence and improvement of quality standards, call out insights and observations to continuously improve customer experience
  • Participate in training programs for a better understanding of client and business expectations and to continuously develop and grow


Required skills:
  • At least 1 year of quality monitoring and audit experience
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
  • Great data analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
