HR Services Team Leader

Our partner is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Operations Team Leader to join its Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving process improvements. It's an excellent opportunity to lead a growing and collaborative team and manage complex international projects within the HR function.


Main responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the HR operations team, ensuring high levels of performance, engagement, and development.
  • Oversee and improve HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee records and HR data.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and projects.
  • Provide expert advice and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
  • Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.


Required skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Strong understanding of the Hungarian employment laws and regulations
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
