Social Media Specialist
We are seeking an experienced marketing professional for a regional position with our international partner who holds a leading position in the industrial sector.
Main responsibilities:
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Manage strategy execution with lead agency and local agencies located in each country
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Build up a conversation and connection with customers, installers, architects and PHBs
- Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
- Ready for integration between Social Media and PR, including influencer cooperation
Required skills:
- Have a BSc in Marketing, Communications or a relevant field.
- Have at least 3 years of previous work experience with social media channels (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Pinterest) and communication management or similar role in a multinational company or agency environment.
- Open-minded and creative, has an interest in new ways of communication in digital marketing.
- Are result and sales oriented, understand customers.
- Have data analysis skills, able to interpret information into insight and action.
- Are strong in concept creation, coordination, and cross-functional teamwork.
- Speak and write English fluently.
- Are proactive with a ‘can-do’ spirit and comfortable working in a team, as well as independently.
- Possess good command of Microsoft Office and Sharepoint.
