Architect Project Manager
Are you an experienced architect seeking new opportunities in the international arena? If so, we may have an opportunity for you.
Main responsibilities:
- Identify integration points and coordinate tasks of common interest across markets, develop work plans and execute – in order to improve both effectiveness and efficiency, considering market specifics.
- Aware of the Group architect/PHB communication and cooperation directions, new developments, and initiatives.
- Up-to-date and capable of sharing information with markets and key stakeholders.
- Lead in driving best practice sharing and issue resolution.
- Develop and align overarching approach.
- Streamline, design, and implement standardization and improvement of work methods and processes.
- Create a dashboard, monitor, and report architect and PHB-related work performance in all markets.
- Contribute to the improvement of competency levels of sales, project, architect, and customer service teams.
- Ongoing communication and interaction with stakeholders and specifically sales, project, and architect teams in local markets to identify needs.
- Identify new opportunities that are in accordance with anticipated trends demands and risks that can be addressed.
- Lead change through creative solutions.
- Facilitate, coordinate, and plan projects for influencing architects, and PHBs in consultation with stakeholder committees.
- Manage projects with teams of cross-country specialists: target setting, milestone plan, resource allocation (manpower and budget), progress management, inter-project influence management, reporting, and closing.
- Support execution of plans across markets.
Required skills:
- Having a BSc in Architecture is a must
- Proven work experience of at least 7 years in a position as an architect, professional service provider, consultant, or engineer and in a position engaged with marketing communications targeting construction business professionals
- Strong MS Office and SharePoint skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Practical knowledge of different tools and platforms (ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, BIMObjects, etc.)
- Proficient in the use of English language (both written & verbal)
- Excellent communication, and presentation skills
- Experienced in cross-functional project management
- Advances business change, manages complexity and competing viewpoints in the change effort
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to lead training exercises
