If you’re a strategic thinker with a record of success in marketing and CVM, ready to drive change and make a significant impact, we’re looking for you.
Main responsibilities:
- Architect the marketing, digital, and CVM strategies, setting the roadmap for the department's growth and commercial success.
- Champion commercial strategies, positioning them ahead of the competition.
- Lead and inspire a diverse team across 8 specialties, nurturing a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Spearhead innovative projects with a focus on digital transformation and customer engagement, ensuring market leadership.
- Act as a key decision-maker in strategic planning and execution.
Required skills:
- Experience in leading large teams (100+) within the marketing and CVM landscape.
- Adept at stakeholder management and driving transformational projects.
- Strategic skills, having led growth initiatives and team expansions.
- Minimum 2-3 years in leadership role, with large corporate experience and near-native English proficiency.
- Degree required.
