Main responsibilities:

  •  Driving employer branding & employee experience 
  •  Improving employee engagement 
  •  Supporting culture, communication & change initiatives 
  •  Managing feedback, surveys & insights 
  •  Executing internal communication and branding activities 
  •  Supporting HR projects & onboarding 
  •  Tracking performance and optimizing processes

Required skills:

  •  Degree in Business or related field 
  •  2-3 years of relevant experience in Internal Communications / Change Management 
  •  Knowledge of Employer Branding & Employee Experience 
  •  Business fluency in English 
  •  Experience with image and video editing softwares
  •  Social media content & analytics experience 
  •  Internal communication experience 
  •  Strong communication & organizational skills
