Main responsibilities:
- Driving employer branding & employee experience
- Improving employee engagement
- Supporting culture, communication & change initiatives
- Managing feedback, surveys & insights
- Executing internal communication and branding activities
- Supporting HR projects & onboarding
- Tracking performance and optimizing processes
Required skills:
- Degree in Business or related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Internal Communications / Change Management
- Knowledge of Employer Branding & Employee Experience
- Business fluency in English
- Experience with image and video editing softwares
- Social media content & analytics experience
- Internal communication experience
- Strong communication & organizational skills
