
We are seeking a decisive and organised Field Service Coordinator with intermediate proficiency in Swedish, Dutch, or Norwegian, who will support customers when issues cannot be resolved remotely and coordinate field technicians effectively.
Main responsibilities:
- Monitor customer issues escalated by the Customer Service team when problems cannot be solved remotely
- Dispatch field technicians promptly and efficiently to customer sites
- Coordinate technician schedules and work assignments
- Maintain clear communication with customers regarding service visits and status updates
- Ensure service quality and proper documentation of field interventions
- Collaborate closely with the CSR team to resolve customer issues
- Support customer service tasks as needed, acting as a backup for Level 1 agents
Required skills:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or field coordination
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Decisive and confident personality, able to make quick decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM or service management systems is a plus
- Intermediate Swedish, Dutch, or Norwegian language skills (mainly for written communication; occasional phone calls may occur)
- Advanced English skills
