Main responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for junior to mid-level roles across multiple business functions in Germany
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand role requirements, workforce needs, and priorities
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing market insights, recruitment best practices, and talent availability updates
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines using sourcing tools, networking, and market research
- Deliver a high-quality and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Monitor recruitment progress, identify risks, and ensure timely hiring decisions
- Use market data, sourcing analytics, and talent insights to improve hiring strategies
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with local employment legislation and internal policies
- Contribute to global Talent Acquisition initiatives, process improvements, and knowledge sharing across teams
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Full-cycle recruitment experience (in-house and/or agency)
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
- Experience building talent pipelines and applying sourcing strategies across different markets
- Experience using ATS systems and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM tools)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
