We are looking for an experienced accounting professional to join the expanding finance team of a stable, internationally operating company. We are seeking proactive, independent specialists who are comfortable taking full ownership of an accounting area and managing it end-to-end.
Main responsibilities:
- Active participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
- Performing accounting tasks related to fixed assets (capitalization, depreciation, reconciliations, support of physical inventory counts)
- Handling accounts receivable related postings and allocation of incoming payments
- Account reconciliations and analysis of general ledger reports
- Communication with international partners
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and making recommendations
- Independently managing own area of responsibility and taking ownership of results
Required skills:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience in an international environment
- Confident, active English language skills (written and spoken)
- German language skills are an advantage
- Structured, independent way of working
- Proactive and solution-oriented attitude
