As the HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s culture, driving strategic HR initiatives, and enabling the business to thrive in a competitive and evolving industry. Main responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company's goals and values.
Lead change management initiatives, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and retention strategies.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing insights and recommendations on workforce planning and organizational development.
Design and implement HR policies and processes that support a rapidly growing and evolving organization.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to build a motivated, collaborative, and high-performing workforce.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Manage learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
Required skills:
- Proven experience in an HR leadership role, preferably within the energy sector or similar fast-paced industries.
- Strong expertise in change management and organizational transformation.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, with a talent for influencing and inspiring stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with HR technology systems and data-driven decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law, payroll and best practices in HR.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
