Main responsibilities:
- Own and continuously improve payroll and benefits processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
- Design, develop, and optimize processes and tools (process design, project management, process improvement and simplification)
- Lead and support process improvement initiatives, including LEAN and transformation projects
- Ensure SOPs and standards are in place, maintained, and followed across all processes
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing support to employees, HR teams, and stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs (e.g. response time, quality, customer satisfaction) and drive performance improvements
- Train and coach teams and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, customer-focused service delivery
- Support operational payroll activities as a backup when needed
Required skills:
- 5+ years experience and knowledge in international payroll
- Strong background in process and tool development (process design, project management, process improvement and simplification)
- Proven ability to coach and influence stakeholders
- Experience in payroll and benefits processes in a complex environment
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent Excel skills
- Experience with LEAN or continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage
- Fluent English
