Main responsibilities:

  • Own and continuously improve payroll and benefits processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency 
  • Design, develop, and optimize processes and tools (process design, project management, process improvement and simplification)
  • Lead and support process improvement initiatives, including LEAN and transformation projects 
  • Ensure SOPs and standards are in place, maintained, and followed across all processes 
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing support to employees, HR teams, and stakeholders 
  • Monitor KPIs (e.g. response time, quality, customer satisfaction) and drive performance improvements 
  • Train and coach teams and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, customer-focused service delivery 
  • Support operational payroll activities as a backup when needed

Required skills:

  • 5+ years experience and knowledge in international payroll
  • Strong background in process and tool development (process design, project management, process improvement and simplification)
  • Proven ability to coach and influence stakeholders
  • Experience in payroll and benefits processes in a complex environment 
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent Excel skills 
  • Experience with LEAN or continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage 
  • Fluent English
