
Our partner is a dynamic and growing Shared Service Center (SSC) delivering high-quality financial and operational support across multiple regions. As part of their continued expansion, they are strengthening their Order-to-Cash (O2C) function and are looking for a French-speaking Cash Collector. In this role, you will play a key part in managing accounts receivable activities, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting cash flow optimization, while collaborating with stakeholders in an international environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Execute personalized follow-up strategies for AR clients, including regular outreach and root cause analysis of non-payment
- Negotiate and monitor payment plans
- Manage dunning and payment reminder processes
- Identify and mitigate non-payment risks
- Handle disputes (corrections, cancellations, credit note issuance)
- Validate customer accounts in the database
- Collaborate proactively with treasury and collections teams
- Support projects and process optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with rules, regulations, and KPIs
- Deliver high-quality customer service
- Build strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders
Required skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Cash Collection or Customer Service
- Proven track record in process optimization
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end O2C process
- University degree or equivalent experience (preferably in accounting or business)
- Fluent in French and good command of English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar tools
- User-level experience with SAP FI and collection ERP systems
- Motivated to support the setup and growth of a new Shared Service Center
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
- Strong team player, detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills
- Continuous improvement and quality-focused mindset
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Willingness to travel when required
