Main responsibilities:

  • Serve as the single point of contact via phone, chat, email, and self-service portal
  • Log and update incidents; ensure timely resolution within the ticket lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with resolver teams and manage escalations when required.
  • Take ownership of user issues, provide regular updates, and ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Work independently and collaboratively within the team while handling multiple tasks.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
  • Support process improvements and perform ad hoc tasks contributing to better service delivery.

Required skills:

  • Fluency in Polish and excellent English skills.
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Advantages:

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, MCSE, Software Development, Application Support).
  • Experience in L1–L2 on-site or remote IT support.
  • Strong communication and professional phone skills.
  • Background in Application Support, Software Development, or IT Service Desk.
  • Basic understanding of SDLC, databases, and operating systems.
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HPSM, CA Service Desk, Monitoring Tools).
  • Optional experience with SAP Application Support.
