Main responsibilities:

  • Manage Manual & Semi-automatic postings
  • Calculate inventory adjustments, reconcile reports, calculate provisions,
  • Balance Sheet: Banking
  • Bank statement posting to GL accounts
  • FX transaction and perform posting
  • Accrual and provision management
  • Manage Profit & Loss
  • General Ledger Closing
  • Own and manage internal operational controls, Prepare documentation for auditor/tax authorities
  • Manage Asset Accounting related activities

Required skills:

  • University degree preferably in Economics or Finance
  • Transition experience is beneficial
  • Good understanding of the GL processes
  • Continuous Improvement and Quality mindset
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Very good English and German language skills (written and spoken)
  • Very good knowledge of SAP FI
  • Self-starting attitude and ability to work independently
  • Strong team-player
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and prioritize the right things at the right time
  • Excellent communication skills 

Advantages:

  • Experience in accounting (primarily GL in an SSC environment) is an advantage, but we are open to fresh graduates as well, who majored in finance
  • Transition experience is beneficial
  • Hungarian skills are an advantage
