Main responsibilities:
- Calculate Industrial standard costs and monitor Industrial KPIs to meet objectives
- Deliver accurate reporting and variance analysis (Absorption, Yield, Destruction)
- Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and production to build forecast requirements (Budget, T1/T2, rolling forecast)
- Support finance transformation initiatives, ensuring compliance with SOX and internal controls
- Build strong partnerships with Finance Business Partners
- Propose and implement continuous improvement and process simplification opportunities
Required skills:
- Degree in Finance/Accounting
- 3+ years of experience in a diversified financial controlling or accounting
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
