Incident and Service Request Manager

On behalf of our prestigious client we are looking for Incident and Service Request Manager with fluent English to its Budapest office.

 

Tasks:

  • Coordinate the execution of the IT service management processes across the organization and the IT service towers
  • Monitor and manage the interaction and touch-points between the IT service towers
  • Act as the party responsible for supporting IT service towers in resolving disputes and issues
  • Manage of 3rd party vendor resources
  • Support the IT service towers and regions in fulfilling their incident management roles and responsibilities
  • Ensure that IT service towers and regions’ resolve incidents in a timely manner in line with agreed SLAs
  • Review all Major and Critical incidents and lead and manage Major and Critical incidents resolution, coordinating as necessary across the affected IT service towers
  • Arrange, manage and lead the Service Request Management Operational Review meeting
  • Ensure that all user service requests are recorded in the service management system
  • Ensure that IT service towers and regions progress user service requests in a timely manner in line with agreed SLAs
  • Support the IT service towers in fulfilling their incident, access, event and request fulfilment management roles and responsibilities

  

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience of performing a similar role
  • ITIL v3 Foundation qualified
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience of using an IT service management toolset
