DESK BASED ACCOUNT MANAGER

Our partner is one of the world’s leading providers of communication services and solutions. By concentrating on new technologies and innovation their goal is to create a better word with the power of communication. Their continuously growing Business Support Center in Budapest is looking for a new member to join them in this challenge as a Desk based account manager.

Requirements:

  • Responsible for a number of medium sized accounts, or in some instances, responsible for a few large (Global) clients,
  • Establishing and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction in all sales transactions,
  • Selling new and existing services,
  • Handling all incoming phone calls with courtesy and professionalism,
  • Regularly contacting these clients from a sales perspective,
  • Helping the customer to find the right department/contact, to fulfil his needs within the company,
  • Resigning or upgrading existing contracts,
  • Keeping the customers’ contracts “folder” up to date, understanding the customer inventory,
  • Targeting the customers with occasional sales campaigns.

What our client offers:

  • College or University degree,
  • Fluency in ENGLISH is a must,
  • 1-2 years’ experience in dealing with customers,
  • Must be results-oriented, creative and energetic,
  • Ability to meet priorities and deadlines,
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills,
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems.
